Summary
Our return and exchange policy lasts for (14) fourteen days in accordance with Article (17) of the Consumer Protection Law.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain cases in which only partial refunds are granted:
Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to our fault.
Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via a phone call.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted.

Products in Special Offers
Only regular priced products can be refunded. Products in Special Offers cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at 01101007102.
Shipping and Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product you exchanged to reach you may vary.
Exchange and return within (30) thirty days if the item is defective or does not conform to specifications in accordance with Article No. (21) of the Consumer Protection Law, provided that the item has not been misused and is returned using the same payment method.
